Purpose:

• Improving the quality of health care provided to patients
• Lifelong training of hospital staff
• The promotion and development of nursing science in line with modern scientific developments and international protocols

• Identifying the educational needs and interests of the nursing staff
• Designing and implementing an educational program according to the educational needs
• Timely informing nursing staff of educational activities
• Evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs
• Creating a file with the actions taken
