Areti Deligiannaki holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, where she completed her thesis titled ‘The effects of online choir participation during COVID-19 on wellbeing’, which she presented at the International Conference of Undergraduate Research (ICUR) 2021. She also received a Certification of Higher Education in ‘Music and Music Psychology’ from the University of Leeds. She holds a MSc degree in Psychology, specializing in Neuropsychology (Clinical), from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. During her studies, she undertook a research internship at the rehabilitation research center of Hasselt University in Belgium, where she completed her thesis on ‘Behavioural and neural synchronization during finger tapping in patients with cerebellar lesions and healthy controls.’ She has collaborated on research with the National Documentation and Information Center for Drugs of UMHRI (EPIPSY). She collaborates with the Neuropsychology and Speech Disorders Unit of the 1st Neurological Clinic of Eginitio Hospital, where she is engaged in clinical and research work.
