Bountziouka Chrysanthi is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2009), is also a graduate of the "Clinical Neurophysiology" postgraduate program of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2019) and she is a phd candidate since 2017. She completed her specialist training at the Neurology department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evaggelismos”. She worked as a consultant Neurologist at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialenio Benakio” and was a collaborator of the Neurophysiological Laboratory and the Laboratory of Small Fibers of the 1st Department of Neurology at Eginitio Hospital (2019-2023). Since 2023 she works as a Consultant Neurologist at the Neurophysiological Laboratory of the 1st Department of Neurology of the University of Athens at Eginitio Hospital. Her clinical and research interest focuses on Neurophysiology and the diagnosis of Small Fiber Neuropathy.
